Todd Sanders has been with Gilmer Warehouse since 2017. With over 20 years of experience as a small business owner, Todd brought a unique leadership style to the company. Todd began his career at Gilmer in a temporary quality position, but his potential quickly became evident. Recognizing his strengths, the Gilmer family promoted him to Continuous Improvement Manager and later to Safety Manager, where they have supported his growth through further education and certifications. Todd often jokes that, as a young man, he never could have imagined becoming a Safety Manager.
